Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to spearhead our efforts in acquiring new clients, building relationships, and promoting our digital services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Identifying new business opportunities, developing a pipeline, and generating leads through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media outreach, etc.).
• Marketing Campaigns: Creating and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and online advertising.
• Content Creation: Collaborating with the content team to develop engaging marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, and promotional content.
• Client Relationships: Building and nurturing relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Market Research: Conducting competitive analysis and staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to inform our strategy.
• Reporting & Analytics: Tracking and reporting on campaign performance and sales metrics to ensure goals are being met and opportunities for optimization are identified.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (minimum of 2-3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
• A passion for technology and digital marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
