  • Galvanizing Solutions: Hot-dip galvanizing services for steel structures, grating, and fittings.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive on a temporary 3-month assignment to strengthen ARKA Distribution’s market presence across the UAE. The role focuses on digital marketing, lead generation, and client engagement with developers and contractors. Exceptional performers will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent positionwith additional incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing & Branding
  • Create and manage engaging social media posts (LinkedIn & other platforms).
  • Grow ARKA’s digital footprint and followers by executing targeted campaigns.
  • Position ARKA as a trusted industrial supplier through content creation and regular updates.
  • Lead Generation & Business Development
  • Identify and register ARKA Distribution with contractors, developers, and EPC companies in the UAE.
  • Actively prospect, engage, and qualify leads from digital and offline channels.
  • Convert inquiries into qualified business opportunities and follow through to closure.
  • Sales & Client Engagement
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to establish new client connections.
  • Present ARKA’s products and services to potential clients.
  • Track opportunities, provide weekly forecasts, and maintain clear reporting of pipeline progress.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Share weekly activity and forecast reports with the Manager.
  • Regular check-ins to review plan execution and pipeline development.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated and opportunities opened.
  • Successful registrations with contractors, developers, and EPC companies.
  • Increase in social media followers and engagement (LinkedIn focus).
  • Content quality and consistency of digital marketing activities.
  • Number of opportunities converted into sales.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Temporary contract: 3 months.
  • Commission eligibility: On sales successfully closed by the candidate.
  • Permanent opportunity: Based on performance (lead generation, social media growth, and deal closure).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and/or digital marketing, preferably in construction, industrial, or B2B sectors in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and lead generation.
  • Ability to create engaging, professional social media content.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with UAE construction/industrial sector networks is a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
