Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Target Achievement:
- Drive the company sales van daily to assigned routes, territories, and strategic locations.
- Directly sell and distribute products to existing and potential customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base within the territory.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure daily sales reports are accurate and submitted on time.
- Monitor competitor activity and report findings to the management team.
2. Inventory and Van Management:
- Load and unload products safely and efficiently into the sales van.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile stock daily, and minimize product damage or spoilage.
- Ensure the sales van is kept clean, well-maintained, and comply with all traffic and safety regulations.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally and promptly.
- Educate customers on new products, special promotions, and product benefits.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of proven experience in direct sales, field marketing, or van sales.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Integrity: Proven ability to handle cash and inventory responsibly and accurately.
- Other: Must be punctual and reliable.
