Sales & Marketing Executive

Kuala, India

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Target Achievement:

  • Drive the company sales van daily to assigned routes, territories, and strategic locations.
  • Directly sell and distribute products to existing and potential customers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base within the territory.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure daily sales reports are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Monitor competitor activity and report findings to the management team.

2. Inventory and Van Management:

  • Load and unload products safely and efficiently into the sales van.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile stock daily, and minimize product damage or spoilage.
  • Ensure the sales van is kept clean, well-maintained, and comply with all traffic and safety regulations.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally and promptly.
  • Educate customers on new products, special promotions, and product benefits.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years of proven experience in direct sales, field marketing, or van sales.
  • Licensing: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Integrity: Proven ability to handle cash and inventory responsibly and accurately.
  • Other: Must be punctual and reliable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
