Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality segments.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Prepare and submit quotations, follow up, and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and project managers.
- Coordinate with the operations team for delivery schedules, installation timelines, and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, sales forecasts, and customer interactions.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
- Support marketing activities including digital promotions, exhibitions, and product seminars.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials, interiors, or related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical product details and explain them to clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore and to project sites.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
