Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality segments.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, follow up, and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and project managers.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for delivery schedules, installation timelines, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, sales forecasts, and customer interactions.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
  • Support marketing activities including digital promotions, exhibitions, and product seminars.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials, interiors, or related sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical product details and explain them to clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Bangalore and to project sites.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
