Sales & Marketing Executive

Position Title: Marketing Executive

Qualification: Graduate/MBA in Marketing

Experience: 1 to 5 years (preferably healthcare)

Purpose of the Role:

To promote hospital services, build referral relationships, and execute community outreach and branding activities to increase patient inflow and institutional visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, corporates, and TPAs.
• Execute marketing campaigns, camps, and awareness programs.
• Track patient acquisition and conversion reports.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor analysis data.
• Coordinate with digital, design, and communication teams for promotions.
• Ensure branding consistency across hospital premises and materials.
• Prepare daily and monthly activity reports for management review.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Strategic thinking and result-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of healthcare marketing dynamics and ethics.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
