- Lead Generation:
- Visit educational institutions, businesses, and individuals to promote the institute and its courses.
- Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team through on-ground interactions.
- Conduct field research to discover new target audiences.
- Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and corporate offices.
- Represent the institute at community events, fairs, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility.
- Promotional Activities:
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures and flyers.
- Organize and attend seminars, workshops, and events to attract potential candidates.
- Provide product and service information to prospects during visits.
- Market Analysis:
- Keep track of market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities.
- Gather feedback from prospects to improve services and strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads for conversion.
- Report daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation activities to the management.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Use creative methods like social networking, door-to-door marketing, or referrals to generate leads.
- Meet or exceed lead generation targets consistently.
Requirements:
- Proven field experience in business development or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively for lead generation activities.
- Knowledge of the digital marketing domain (preferred).
