  • Lead Generation:
  • Visit educational institutions, businesses, and individuals to promote the institute and its courses.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team through on-ground interactions.
  • Conduct field research to discover new target audiences.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and corporate offices.
  • Represent the institute at community events, fairs, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Promotional Activities:
  • Distribute marketing materials such as brochures and flyers.
  • Organize and attend seminars, workshops, and events to attract potential candidates.
  • Provide product and service information to prospects during visits.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Keep track of market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities.
  • Gather feedback from prospects to improve services and strategies.
  • Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads for conversion.
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation activities to the management.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Use creative methods like social networking, door-to-door marketing, or referrals to generate leads.
  • Meet or exceed lead generation targets consistently.

Requirements:

  • Proven field experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for lead generation activities.
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing domain (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,202.40 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:
