Sales & Marketing Executive

Ideal Artificial limbs is looking for dynamic and motivated sales&marketing executives to join our growing team .

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and generate new leads
• Explain and promote company products/services to customers
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, and conversions
• Identify new market opportunities and assist in marketing activities
• Coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups and closures

Required Skills:

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
• Prior experience in field sales or marketing is an advantage
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Job Type: Full-time (Field Work)

Salary: Based on experience + Incentives
