Role Overview

Asquare Home Designer is looking for a dynamic and well-presented Marketing Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders. The ideal candidate will promote our modular kitchens, wardrobes, Hafele accessories, appliances, and interior solutions to industry professionals and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly meet architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to present Asquare Home Designer’s products and services.
• Promote Hafele accessories, lighting, appliances, quartz, modular kitchen & wardrobe solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, sample demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Develop strong professional relationships to generate continuous project inquiries.
• Maintain an updated database of architects and schedule regular follow-up meetings.
• Share catalogues, brochures, and samples with architect offices.
• Identify new architect firms and expand the company’s network in the region.
• Coordinate with the design and sales team to convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Track competitor activities and market trends to support business strategy.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on meetings, leads, and market updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing within the interior design, modular kitchen, hardware, or building materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, kitchen systems, wardrobes, Hafele/Hettich products, and appliances (preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships with architects and designers.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Good understanding of market trends and client requirements.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
