Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into clients across both businesses.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for all services offered by group companies.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across both verticals.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations (online/offline).
2. Marketing & Branding
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote all company services.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid promotions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design impactful marketing materials (brochures, posts, videos, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Organize promotional events, workshops, webinars, and wellness seminars to build brand presence.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and update customer data using CRM tools; ensure timely follow-ups and engagement.
- Resolve client queries efficiently and provide post-sales support.
- Gather client feedback and coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Track performance metrics, lead conversions, and marketing campaign ROI.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management review.
- Analyze market data to recommend new business strategies, product positioning, and promotional ideas.
