Urgently Looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive

Location : Bhubaneswar, Saheednagar, Bhawani Enclave, Block- 3, 2B

Experience : 2-5 yrs in hotel/tourism industry sales preferred.

Educational Qualification : Graduation in any

Age : 25-35 yrs.

Language : Fluent in local language & Hindi, English.

Must have their own bike & driving licence

Only Male candidate required.

Salary : Upto 25-35k can earn.

Key Responsibility :

1. Sales Duties:

- Identify and target potential clients: corporates, travel agents, event organizers.

- Conduct sales calls, client visits, and presentations.

- Handle group bookings, events, and conferences.

- Maintain client relationships and handle inquiries/negotiations.

- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

2. Marketing Duties:

- Promote the hotel via digital and offline channels.

- Manage social media accounts and update content regularly.

- Coordinate with design teams for brochures, flyers, and promotions.

- Plan seasonal offers, packages, and campaigns.

- Collaborate with OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms like Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, etc.

3. Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

- Analyze market trends and competitor performance.

- Suggest improvements in pricing, promotion, and positioning.

Skills Required:

- Strong communication & negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
