Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop strategic sales plans for projects, identify new opportunities, and analyze market trends.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Project Coordination: Work with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) for seamless project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Leadership: Lead sales efforts, mentor teams (if applicable), and ensure adherence to sales policies.

Core Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the sales process and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Client relationship management expertise.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
