Sales & Marketing Executive

Impetus Systems (FlowHCM) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Females only) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and Maintaining the prospect database.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
• Market research and testing in new and growing markets.
• Lead generating campaigns via telephone and email.
• Demonstration meeting booking.
• Assisting the sales team to progress the sales cycle.
• Negotiating contracts and packages.
• Producing reports to show productivity.
• E-mail marketing campaigns.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience of using a CRM system to log calls, build contacts and record information.
• Good English language skills both written and spoken.
• Good Communication skills.
• Telemarketing/ Tele sales experience of Hardware (Bio-Metric Devices, Corporate security systems etc) 6 months to 2 years
• Microsoft office.
• Self-motivated and driven by targets
• The ability to influence and negotiate with others
• High Patience Level

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
