Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Male) – Real Estate

Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to promote real estate projects, generate leads, and close sales while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate and follow up on sales leads for real estate projects

· Handle site visits and client meetings

· Achieve monthly sales targets

· Coordinate with marketing and internal teams

· Maintain customer records and sales reports

· Support promotional and marketing activities

Requirements:

· 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales & marketing

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Knowledge of local real estate market preferred

· Result-oriented and self-motivated
