Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: IIT Gandhinagar

Type: Full-Time Onsite

About TRADO: TRADO is India’s fastest-growing options trading platform, helping retail traders trade smarter with real-time insights, advanced order management, and multi-broker integration.

What You’ll Do:

  • Pitch TRADO’s trading platform to retail traders and active market participants to drive adoption.
  • Generate and convert leads into active users via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms.
  • Drive user growth through sales and marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).
  • Connect with traders, trading communities, and fintech partners to expand TRADO’s reach.
  • Run marketing initiatives across social media, email, and trading forums.
  • Drive traffic to and organize webinars, workshops, and events to promote TRADO.
  • Onboard new users and guide them to start trading on the platform successfully.
  • Follow up with existing users to improve engagement, activation, and retention.
  • Collect and share user feedback with the product and marketing teams to improve campaigns.
  • Maintain CRM records of leads, conversions, campaigns, and follow-ups.
  • Support sales campaigns, promotional events, and offline/online marketing activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (fintech or SaaS a plus).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of trading platforms, stock market, or fintech communities.
