Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to support our dealer development, field sales, and marketing activities. This role is ideal for candidates who want real exposure to sales and market operations, not just desk work.

Training will be provided, but the candidate must be willing to learn, travel locally, and interact with customers and dealers.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new dealers, retailers, and distributors
• Maintain relationships with existing dealers
• Promote LJIO Bathware products and explain features clearly
• Assist in order collection and follow-ups
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
• Collect payment follow-ups if required (with team support)

Marketing Responsibilities

• Support local marketing and promotional activities
• Coordinate posters, banners, and product displays
• Assist in exhibitions, product demos, and dealer meetings
• Collect market feedback and competitor information
• Support digital promotions and lead follow-ups
• Maintain basic reports on sales and marketing activities

Requirements

• Any graduate / diploma holder (Marketing or Sales preferred, not mandatory)
• Freshers welcome – training will be provided
• Basic communication skills (English + local language)
• Willingness to do field work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
