Job Description:
Gulf Sail Contracting LLC is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive with a Civil Engineering background and 2–3 years of experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and preparing technical and commercial proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Meet clients, consultants, and developers
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents
• Coordinate with technical and project teams
• Achieve assigned sales targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in construction sales/marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must know English, Hindi, and Malayalam
• Male or Female candidates can apply
• UAE driving license preferred
