Sales & Marketing Executive – Steel Fabrication / Industrial Products

We are a leading steel fabrication and industrial manufacturing company in Ajman with over 25 years of experience. We are hiring an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with strong knowledge of steel fabrication, CNC, laser cutting, and construction-related products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the UAE market
• Sell steel fabrication, CNC laser cutting, steel staircases, and renovation projects
• Handle B2B industrial sales from inquiry to final project delivery
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Prepare quotations, tenders, proposals, and follow-ups
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, factories, and industrial clients
• Coordinate with production, design, and installation teams to ensure timely execution
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in steel fabrication sales / industrial sales / construction sales
• Strong understanding of CNC machining, laser cutting, metal fabrication, steel structures
• Experience in B2B sales, project sales, and client relationship management
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• UAE market knowledge is a strong advantage
