Sales & Marketing Executive ( APARTMENT SALES)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience in apartment sales. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell residential apartments to prospective clients.
  • Identify potential leads, schedule site visits, and provide property consultations.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent client service.
  • Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in apartment sales / real estate industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle clients professionally and build long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing knowledge preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
