Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Apparel Division (Field)

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced, energetic, and result-driven male Sales & Marketing Executives for our Apparel Division. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in the Arab traditional costume industry and proven ability to develop business, generate orders, and maintain long-term client relationships within the Kuwait market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Arab & Kuwaiti traditional apparel, including Arabic Pajamas, Ghutras, Kandura, Abaya, Innerwear, and related products.
• Identify and generate business opportunities by acquiring orders from retailers, wholesalers, and business owners.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular market visits and actively expand the customer base.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within the Arab traditional costume/apparel industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait market and local business landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage client portfolios effectively.
• Energetic, presentable, and performance-oriented personality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience dealing with B2B clients in Kuwait.
• Existing network within the apparel or traditional wear segment will be an added advantage.
