Job Description:

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Adroot Digital Marketing Est., you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by connecting with potential clients and promoting our comprehensive range of digital marketing services. Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and meetings.

Business Development: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to create a targeted approach for business growth.

Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs of each client and tailor solutions based on their specific requirements, offering our suite of digital marketing services.

Proposal Creation: Develop compelling and customized proposals and presentations that showcase our services and demonstrate how they can address client challenges.

Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and a positive working relationship.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing technologies to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to the agency's growth and revenue objectives.

Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams including marketing, design, and content to ensure seamless project transitions and client satisfaction.

Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to expand your professional network and represent Adroot Digital Marketing Est.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 1 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the digital marketing or related industry.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.

Customer-Centric: Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on understanding and fulfilling client needs.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

Team Player: A collaborative attitude, working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.

Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
