Drive sales growth and market penetration for India as a Destination Management Company (DMC). Own B2B sales, partner acquisition, and brand visibility across domestic and international source markets. This is a revenue-focused role with clear accountability on leads, conversions, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert B2B leads for India DMC products (FIT, Groups, MICE, Pilgrimage, Leisure).
  • Build and manage relationships with overseas travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners.
  • Promote India packages to inbound markets through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and roadshows.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure competitive pricing, timely proposals, and flawless execution.
  • Represent the company at travel fairs, networking events, and sales visits as required.
  • Support digital campaigns in coordination with the internal marketing team (leads follow-up is mandatory).
  • Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, and periodic performance reports.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks.

Key Deliverables / KPIs

  • Monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • New agent onboarding and active partner count.
  • Conversion ratio and revenue per account.
  • CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in travel sales and marketing, preferably in DMC or inbound tourism.
  • Strong knowledge of India destinations, circuits, hotels, and ground handling.
  • Proven B2B sales and negotiation capability.
  • Clear communication skills (English mandatory; additional languages are a plus).
  • Comfortable with targets, travel, and client-facing roles.
  • Hands-on with CRM, MS Office, and digital communication tools.

Work Model

  • Kochi office–based role with local and outstation sales travel as required.
  • Six-day working week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
