Drive sales growth and market penetration for India as a Destination Management Company (DMC). Own B2B sales, partner acquisition, and brand visibility across domestic and international source markets. This is a revenue-focused role with clear accountability on leads, conversions, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert B2B leads for India DMC products (FIT, Groups, MICE, Pilgrimage, Leisure).
- Build and manage relationships with overseas travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners.
- Promote India packages to inbound markets through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and roadshows.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure competitive pricing, timely proposals, and flawless execution.
- Represent the company at travel fairs, networking events, and sales visits as required.
- Support digital campaigns in coordination with the internal marketing team (leads follow-up is mandatory).
- Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, and periodic performance reports.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks.
Key Deliverables / KPIs
- Monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- New agent onboarding and active partner count.
- Conversion ratio and revenue per account.
- CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy.
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in travel sales and marketing, preferably in DMC or inbound tourism.
- Strong knowledge of India destinations, circuits, hotels, and ground handling.
- Proven B2B sales and negotiation capability.
- Clear communication skills (English mandatory; additional languages are a plus).
- Comfortable with targets, travel, and client-facing roles.
- Hands-on with CRM, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
Work Model
- Kochi office–based role with local and outstation sales travel as required.
- Six-day working week.
