We are currently seeking a driven and motivated female Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in sales and marketing within a dynamic and supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Female candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) - Arabic an advantage
• Passionate about marketing and wellness
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn with a strong work ethic
• Qatar-based candidates with valid residency preferred
• Experience in a customer service role

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

• Support the planning and execution of social media content and structured marketing campaigns
• Answer inquiries received on our social media
• Arranging photo shoots or video shoots for promotional activities
• Manage content production and timelines and all content production work to align with the company budget and requirements
• Conduct targeted market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Consider and review trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
• Prepare client-ready proposals, presentations, and promotional materials
• Liaising with media contacts to develop a strong network for PR activities with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline

Sales

• Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and CRM/database management
• Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
• Gathering the client requirements and providing them with relevant marketing collateral / price information, following up and closing sales
• Support the coordination of corporate events, activations, and campaign rollouts
• Handle sales activities including proactive client outreach, relationship building, and basic customer care / complaints
