Marketing & Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the UAE market, with a solid understanding of maintenance and facility management services, as well as exposure to smart building technologies, IoT solutions, and sustainability-driven services.

This role requires a commercially focused professional who can identify business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, support brand positioning, and achieve sales targets aligned with the company’s growth strategy. The candidate should be confident in dealing with clients across government, semi-government, private sector, real estate, industrial, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.

· Promote the company’s services in maintenance, facility management, smart building solutions, IoT systems, and sustainability-related offerings.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, property managers, contractors, developers, and government entities.

· Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities and contracts.

· Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to clients.

· Follow up with prospective clients and close sales deals in line with company objectives.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.

· Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular progress reports.

Marketing Responsibilities

· Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services and solutions.

· Coordinate with the internal team to prepare marketing materials, company profiles, brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content.

· Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, networking meetings, and client presentations.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, pricing, and new opportunities within the UAE.

· Help strengthen the company’s market presence and brand image in target sectors.

Technical & Solution Positioning

· Understand and communicate the value of smart building technologies, IoT systems, energy monitoring, sustainability solutions, and integrated facility services.

· Explain technical solutions to clients in a clear commercial manner.

· Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure proper understanding of client requirements and solution alignment.

· Support the preparation of tailored proposals based on client needs and project scope.

Client Relationship Management

· Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

· Act as a key point of contact for clients during pre-sales and post-sales stages.

· Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.

· Ensure proper handover of awarded projects to operations and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree.

· Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing within the UAE.

· Proven experience in one or more of the following sectors:

o Maintenance services

o Facility management

o Smart building solutions

o IoT systems

o Sustainability / energy efficiency solutions

o Building technologies / MEP / ELV / BMS-related services

· Strong knowledge of the UAE market, client expectations, and business culture.

· Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

· Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Arabic is an advantage.

· Ability to achieve business targets and work under performance-driven conditions.

· Good understanding of technical and technology-based solutions.

· Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

· Strong commercial awareness and market understanding.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing basics.

· UAE market-oriented and target-driven.

· Confident in approaching corporate, industrial, commercial, and government clients.

· Able to understand technical services and translate them into business value for customers.

· Energetic, professional, and proactive in lead generation and client engagement.

· Capable of supporting the company’s growth strategy in both traditional facility services and technology-enabled smart solutions.

KPIs / Performance Indicators

· Number of qualified leads generated monthly.

· Number of client meetings and presentations conducted.

· Proposal submission volume and conversion ratio.

· Monthly / quarterly sales achievement versus target.

· New client acquisition.

· Client retention and account growth.

· Contribution to brand visibility and market expansion.
