Job Title:

Outdoor Sales Representative – General Trading

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to promote and sell our general trading products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including government entities, schools, and sports clubs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and explain sales proposals to prospective customers
• Identify, evaluate, and understand customer needs
• Promote and sell company products and services
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage
• Develop and implement effective outdoor sales strategies
• Build, maintain, and expand client relationships
• Conduct regular field visits to:
• Government departments
• Schools
• Sports clubs
• Prepare sales reports and monitor market trends
• Work independently while coordinating with internal teams

Physical & Field Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors for extended hours
• Willingness to travel frequently between locations
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry products when required

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in outdoor sales or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related discipline
• Valid driving license (preferred)

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Solid understanding of sales techniques and principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary package is performance-based and depends on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
