Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Presales Associate -ELV IT to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will work closely with sales and technical teams to support presales activities and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, solution documents, and client presentations
• Collaborate with the Presales Head and Sales teams to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops for clients
• Support the development of RFP/RFI responses and other bid-related documentation
• Research and stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic understanding of IT concepts, systems, and enterprise solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
