Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Presales Associate -ELV IT to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will work closely with sales and technical teams to support presales activities and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions to our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic understanding of IT concepts, systems, and enterprise solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Technical Skills

• Project & Compliance Support: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and assist in project

documentation and compliance submissions for ELV systems.

• Technical Documentation & Coordination: Skilled in preparing BOQs, technical submittals, datasheets, and

solution documents for CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, and other ELV systems.

• Vendor & Client Communication: Effectively coordinate with vendors and internal teams to collect technical

specifications, product datasheets, and compliance documents.

• Documentation & Record Management: Maintaining accurate project and vendor records, including technical

files, BOQs, and project documentation.

• Purchase Order Coordination: Assisted in creating PO requests and following up with vendors for timely

delivery.

• Vendor Communication & Coordination: Managed correspondence, RFPs/RFQs, and contract documentation.

• Proposal Review & Analysis: Evaluated vendor proposals and supported internal decision-making.

• Logistics & Order Tracking: Monitored deliveries and coordinated with finance for timely payments.
