Sales & Marketing Executive ( Facilities Providing Firms)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support our business growth by promoting services, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The role requires strong sales skills, marketing knowledge, and the ability to effectively represent the company’s services in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote services.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations for clients.
• Manage online marketing campaigns and social media promotions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements for clients.
• Ensure after-sales support and client satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and update management on progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing (service industry preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
