Sales & Marketing Executive – Outdoor Advertising & Signage

Leader Gate Advertising is hiring dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team. If you have a flair for outdoor advertising, signage, and branding works – and are ready to drive business in a fast-paced creative environment – we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the outdoor advertising and signage sector
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with the design and production teams for smooth campaign execution
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Desired Profile:

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in outdoor advertising, signage, or related field in UAE
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license
• Fluency in English (Additional languages are a plus)
• Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
