Sales & Marketing Executive – Silicone Sealants & Adhesives

Job Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our silicone products. This role combines sales expertise with marketing skills to generate leads, drive sales, and create awareness of our products in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for silicone sealants and adhesives.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in construction, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports and provide market feedback to management.

Requirements (Must Have):

• Proven experience in sales or marketing of silicone products, sealants, adhesives, or related construction/industrial chemicals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of silicone products and their applications is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
