Core Responsibilities
- Receive customers and understand their heavy vehicle or equipment maintenance and repair needs.
- Explain garage services and available offers professionally.
- Prepare quotations and clarify pricing details and completion timelines.
- Follow up with existing customers and attract new clients from transport and contracting companies.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department and technicians regarding vehicle status and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on work orders and ensure customer satisfaction after service completion.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase service contracts.
- Build long-term relationships with fleet owners and companies.
- Visit companies and project sites to market the garage services.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on sales and potential customers.
Marketing & Business Development Tasks
- Promote garage services through phone calls and social media.
- Collect market information, competitor data, and pricing trends.
- Suggest promotions and discounts to attract customers.
- Participate in exhibitions and events related to heavy equipment and transportation.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of trucks, heavy equipment, and spare parts.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to use invoicing and customer management software.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic; English is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle field visits.
Daily Tasks
- Follow up with customers and calls.
- Update customer database.
- Send quotations.
- Coordinate with the workshop team.
- Follow up on collections and payments.
- Prepare end-of-day reports.
