Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches.
  • Manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI across channels.

2. Branding & Communication

  • Build and enhance the brand identity across digital, print, and experiential channels.
  • Develop consistent brand messaging and ensure visual coherence across marketing materials.
  • Work with design and creative teams to develop marketing collaterals, brochures, catalogs, and videos.

3. Digital Marketing

  • Lead digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, content, influencer marketing, and email).
  • Optimize online presence through website management, analytics, and lead tracking systems (CRM).
  • Drive online lead generation and conversion through data-driven strategies.

4. Events & Partnerships

  • Plan and execute exhibitions, trade fairs, product launches, and design showcases.
  • Build strategic alliances with architects, interior designers, builders, and lifestyle brands.
  • Organize client engagement events and brand experiences to enhance recall and loyalty.

5. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting clear KPIs and reviewing performance.
  • Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams to align marketing and business development efforts.
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and consultants for advertising, PR, and digital marketing.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the field of B2B marketing in Interior / Building industry.
  • Proven track record of strategic brand building and lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and automation platforms (Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong aesthetic and design sensibility aligned with the interior industry.
  • Fluency in English and Malayalam is a must.
  • Experience in the interior Industry (Preferable)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Growth in qualified leads and conversions.
  • Increase in brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
  • ROI on marketing spend.
  • Successful execution of campaigns and events.
  • Strength of industry partnerships and collaborations.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Salary: ₹4.5 lakhs to 6 Lakhs + Incentives (According to experience salary varies)

Experience: 5 - 10 years

Location: Kochi

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
