Job Summary

We are hiring a confident and results-oriented sales professional to handle international/offshore and Nataional clients.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi and capable of converting leads into paying customers through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

This role is target-driven and suited for people who are comfortable communicating with global clients and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with offshore/international clients via calls, Zoom, email, and WhatsApp
• Pitch services clearly and professionally in English and Hindi
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams after deal closure
• Maintain basic lead records and follow-up status

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in handling international clients
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on conversions
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in international sales, B2B sales, or service-based sales
• Familiarity with digital services, marketing, or agency work
• Experience using CRM or lead management tools (preferred, not mandatory)
