Key Responsibilities

Sales & Outreach

• Promote H Academy courses, workshops, and training programs
• Handle inquiries from WhatsApp, calls, Instagram, and website leads
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records
• Support enrollment and conversion activities

Marketing & Promotion

• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
• Help create simple content ideas, captions, and promotional messages
• Support offline promotions (posters, local outreach, referrals)
• Conduct basic market and competitor research

Brand Engagement

• Represent H Academy professionally with students and partners
• Support webinar/workshop promotions and registrations
• Collect feedback and testimonials from participants

Who Can Apply

• Students or fresh graduates (any stream)
• Interest in sales, marketing, HR, education, or startups
• Good communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred)
• Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, and social media
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

Pay: ₹10,267.41 - ₹30,708.07 per month
