What you will do
- Support lead generation through LinkedIn, email, and outbound calling
- Identify and qualify potential clients (HR teams, startups, SMEs, enterprises)
- Assist in sales outreach campaigns and follow-ups
- Maintain and update leads in spreadsheets or CRM
- Support marketing tasks like content coordination, basic research, and campaign assistance
- Help prepare proposals, pitch messages, and outreach templates
Requirements
- Student or fresh graduate in BBA, MBA, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Comfortable with sales calls, follow-ups, and client communication
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong MS Office or Google Sheets skills
- Self-driven, consistent, and able to meet weekly targets
Nice to have
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach or lead generation
- Familiarity with Canva, basic content writing, or simple campaign execution
- Interest in HR, recruitment, staffing, EOR, global payroll
