1) Introduction
ASN Holdings is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Intern for its industrial division – Terrapak Industries, for the sales of industrial minerals and allied products.
The role is ideal for candidates eager to build a career in industrial B2B sales, export marketing, and commodity trading. The position offers hands-on exposure to client development, quotation preparation, export documentation, and sales execution processes within the industrial minerals sector.
The intern will work closely as a part of nationwide Sales & Business Development team, assisting in market research, lead generation, and communication with clients across local and international markets.
2) Key Responsibilities
- Assist in promoting and selling Terrapak Industries’ range of industrial minerals to domestic and export markets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients across targeted industries.
- Support in preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts for clients.
- Communicate with prospective and existing customers through emails, calls, and professional meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and client interactions using CRM and reporting formats.
- Assist in coordinating sampling, testing, and logistics for shipments.
- Participate in the development of sales presentations and marketing content.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales activity reports highlighting client leads, inquiries, and follow-up progress.
- Coordinate with the operations and documentation teams for order processing and dispatch.
- Support participation in industrial trade shows, exhibitions, and buyer meetings.
3) Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or final year) in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or industrial trading will be preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of industrial minerals, export trade, or manufacturing sales will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Urdu; confidence in professional communication (verbal and written).
- Energetic personality with a passion to learn and grow in a structured B2B sales environment.
4) Mandatory Requirements
- Must possess valid CNIC and submit photocopies of academic credentials.
- Weekly reporting of activities and learning progress to management.
- Professional dress code and business etiquette during meetings or official interactions.
- Own motorbike will be preferred for local field visits (if required).

Office Location: World Trade Centre (Giga Mall), DHA Phase 2, Islamabad
Territory: Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and industrial clusters across Punjab and KPK.
Reporting To: Sales & Business Development Manager
Employment Type: Internship (with potential for full-time position based on performance)
Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Stipend: PKR 20,000 per month
