Sales & Marketing Intern (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and enthusiastic Business Development & Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team for a 3–6 month remote internship. This role is ideal for final-year students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, lead generation, and cold calling.

You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, driving engagement, and generating business leads through strategic marketing and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Marketing

• Create and manage engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram (posts, reels, stories).
• Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
• Work on captions, creatives, and basic content ideas for regular posting.
• Track performance of posts and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement.
• Assist in basic brand-building activities across social platforms.

Business Development

• Conduct lead generation through LinkedIn, online research, and other platforms.
• Perform cold calling to connect with potential clients and explain services.
• Maintain a structured database of leads and follow-ups.
• Support the team in preparing proposals, introductory messages, and outreach campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing and BD activities.

Internship Details

• Stipend: Fixed ₹5,000 per month + Performance-based incentives
