Sales & Marketing Manager

One of the reputed companies in Dubai is looking for Sales & Marketing Manager for Mechanical Pipeline Products to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive demand, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

This role focuses on products and solutions related to pipeline infrastructure, including monitoring systems, valves & accessories, flow control equipment, and integrity management solutions.

The ideal candidate has deep market knowledge, a strong technical understanding of pipeline systems, and a proven track record in B2B marketing within industrial, energy, or infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with marketing management.
• Should have 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in pipeline, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of pipeline products, infrastructure challenges, and industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
• Ability to travel for product inspections and customer meetings.

Preferred Skills:

• Technical background or familiarity with pipeline integrity, flow systems, or SCADA.
• Global marketing experience in related industries.
• Proficiency in data analysis, market segmentation, and ROI tracking.
• Self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
