We are seeking a motivated and dynamic professional with a strong foundation in Electrical and Industrial Automation to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical knowledge, marketing acumen, and leadership skills to achieve company targets and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the designated area.
  • Promote and market industrial automation products and electrical solutions to potential clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Analyze sales data and customer insights using marketing and sales analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and address their needs effectively.
  • Lead and manage small teams, providing guidance and motivation to achieve sales goals.
  • Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and feedback to management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of Electrical Systems and Industrial Automation.

  • Willingness to travel within the designated area as required.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and planning skills.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred).

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in industrial automation or related sectors).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
