Are you a digital marketing expert who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment? Do you love the ocean, action sports, and the power of online storytelling? SEA RIDERS, one of Dubai’s top-rated water sports companies, is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Website Management: Oversee performance, UX/UI, and SEO of our WordPress-based website. Ensure mobile responsiveness and fast load times.
• Google Ads: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube. Regular A/B testing and reporting using Google Ads & Google Analytics.
• Social Media Strategy: Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook presence. Schedule content, respond to DMs/comments, and drive user engagement.
• Content Creation: Coordinate with videographers and designers to produce reels, stories, and promo content. Write compelling captions and ad copy.
• Brand Awareness: Launch campaigns and collaborations to boost brand visibility in Dubai and among Russian-speaking tourists.
• Partnerships: Work with influencers, tourism platforms, and hotel concierges to increase bookings and brand reach.

Who You Are

• Experience in digital marketing, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or sports.
• Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, WordPress, and basic video editing tools.
• Fluent in English; Russian language skills are a strong plus.
• Strong copywriting skills with a creative eye for digital trends and visuals.
• Passionate about the ocean, adventure, and storytelling.
