Sales & Marketing Manager

• Developing and implementing sales strategies for the property market to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales
• Recruiting, training, and mentoring real estate agents, providing them with the necessary support and guidance
• Setting sales goals and determining sales price and negotiations tactics
• Keeping up to date with real estate market trends, local area pricing, customer demands, and real estate legislation
• Monitoring the sales process to ensure contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Handling buyer and seller complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally
• Creating sales reports and presenting them to senior management
• Building and maintaining relationships with property developers, contractors, lawyers, and other real estate professionals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
