Marketing Manager & Marketing Executive – IT Company (Chennai)

About the Role

We are actively hiring Marketing Managers and Marketing Executives for our IT company based in Chennai. We are looking for experienced candidates across Chennai who can drive sales of our IT products directly to clients (B2C).

This is a target-based role with attractive salary and incentives for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell IT products/services to B2C clients across Chennai.
• Achieve monthly sales targets as per company requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage sales pipeline and report regularly on progress.
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in marketing/sales (preferably in IT or related fields).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within Chennai for client meetings.
• Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
• Petrol conveyance included in salary.
• Incentives for achieving/exceeding targets.
• Salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis if targets are not met.
