Sales Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational targets
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze trends
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and closing deals with customers
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
Marketing Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Promote products/services through advertising, promotions, and branding activities
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor strategies
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content
- Manage social media, digital marketing, and lead-generation activities
- Enhance brand visibility and market presence
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors for marketing initiatives
Management & Coordination
- Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, and other departments
- Track ROI of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
- Train and mentor sales and marketing staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
- Present regular performance updates to senior management
Customer Relationship & Growth
- Handle key customer accounts and resolve escalations
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements
- Drive long-term business growth and brand loyalty
