Marketing Strategy Development:

* Collaborate with the Business Development Manager & Business Manager to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

* Identify target markets and customer segments to tailor markéting campaigns effectively.

Event Planning and Management:

* Plan and execute marketing events, such as webinars, workshops, trade shows, and conferences, to promote safety training programs.

* Manage event logistics, including registration, promotion, and follow-upcommunications.

Market Research and Analysis:

* Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

* Analyze market data to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

Telemarketing and Lead Generation:

* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our safety training programs and services.

* Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.

* Schedule appointments with qualified prospects and meet them with BD team.

* Maintain and update a database of potential clients, tracking interactions and outcomes.

Brand Management:

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.

* Monitor brand reputation and manage online reviews and feedback.

Sales Responsibilities:

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

* Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

* Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts.

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the company.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Job Competencies

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

* Proven experience as a Sales & Telemarketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the safety training or related industry.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Skills:

› Strong telemarketing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of the safety training industry and relevant regulations.

> Experience with email marketing platforms and other digital marketing tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED9,000.00 per month
