Apace Transco Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and drive B2B and corporate sales initiatives. The role is strategic and execution-focused, responsible for revenue growth, key account acquisition, and long-term contract management within the transportation and logistics sector.

This position requires a senior professional with proven expertise in fleet-based logistics sales and a strong track record of achieving aggressive business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B and corporate sales growth across transportation and logistics services
• Identify, acquire, and manage large corporate and enterprise accounts
• Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing models, and rate negotiations
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue flow
• Lead contract finalization, service agreements, and renewals with corporate clients
• Collaborate closely with operations to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards for management
• Take complete ownership of sales targets, revenue numbers, and market expansion

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in B2B / Corporate Sales
• Mandatory experience in the transportation or logistics industry
• Strong understanding of fleet operations, including 20 ft & 40 ft trailers
• Proven success in key account management, large deal closures, and long-term contracts
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Strong commercial acumen with a target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of business outcomes
