Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and business development efforts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in forging, casting, or manufacturing industries, with strong analytical, strategic, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase market share and brand visibility in domestic and international markets.
• Identify new business opportunities, customers, and markets for forged products.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, EPCs, and industrial clients.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote company capabilities.
• Lead the marketing team, provide guidance, and monitor performance to achieve business targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech (Mechanical/Metallurgy) or MBA in Marketing.
• Experience: 10–20 years of experience in forging, casting, or manufacturing industry.
• Gender: Male/Female.
• Preferred Skills:
• Strong understanding of forging processes and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under deadlines.
• Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.

Compensation:

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
