Kestrel Education is seeking a confident, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with strong expertise in career counseling and student visa application management. This role requires a proactive professional who can lead student conversions, manage visa application workflows, and implement effective marketing strategies to drive admissions growth. The ideal candidate will combine counseling expertise with sales leadership and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Sales, Admissions & Counseling

Provide one-on-one career counseling to students for international education pathways based on academic background and career goals.

Convert student inquiries into enrollments by guiding them through decision-making and admissions processes.

Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales, enrollment, and revenue targets.

Ensure accurate documentation, timely submissions, interview preparation, and compliance with immigration policies.

Coordinate with universities, embassies, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of student cases.

Marketing & Business Development

Design and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase student admissions.

Plan and participate in education expos, seminars, school visits, and promotional events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions, universities, and education service providers.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Maintain professional communication with students and parents, providing transparent guidance and regular updates.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective follow-ups and post-enrolment support.

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and visa case progress using CRM or internal systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
