Reviver Global is redefining how organizations communicate globally through a powerful combination of human expertise and AI-driven solutions. We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager who operates at the intersection of revenue generation and brand building.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to drive pipeline, close business, and build market presence simultaneously. You are both strategic and hands-on — equally comfortable launching campaigns, optimizing funnels, engaging prospects, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define the integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue with the Co-CEO.
  • Execute the integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Generate and MQLs through digital campaigns, outbound efforts, and brand-driven initiatives.
  • Create and manage a team of motivated and successful sales representatives to help carry out the developed sales and marketing strategies.
  • Mentor/Motivate and work closely with Account Executives and SDRs to convert marketing-driven leads into closed deals.
  • Build and manage multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid ads, content, events).
  • Assist in developing compelling messaging and positioning aligned with Reviver Global’s AI + Human value proposition.
  • Contribute directly to sales efforts — including outreach, presentations, and closing opportunities when needed.
  • Manage and optimize digital funnels (awareness → engagement → conversion).
  • Analyze performance metrics across both sales and marketing (CAC, conversion rates, pipeline velocity).
  • Collaborate with the Office of Business and Organizational Development (OBOD) to align go-to-market strategy with company growth objectives.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor positioning, and evolving buyer expectations.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or growth roles (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or language services).
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and sales funnels.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a strong asset.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and results.
