Reporting Line Plant Head & MD

Job objective:

· B.E. (Mechanical) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with MBA in Marketing.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in sales & marketing within the automotive ancillary industry.

· Proven track record of working with Indian OEMs (e.g., Tata Motors, Mahindra, Piaggio, Hyundai, Ashok Leyland, etc.) and export markets.

1. Drive sales growth and market share by building strong relationships with Indian OEMs and export customers.

2. Manage and expand the company’s presence in domestic and international automotive ancillary markets.

3. Coordinate new product development initiatives, ensuring timely execution from concept to delivery.

4. Align business strategies with customer requirements and market trends to achieve organizational goals.

5. Keeping Records of sales & Payments

Sales & Marketing

· Develop and implement sales strategies for domestic OEMs and international customers.

· Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure orders.

· Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

· Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to clients.

· Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

New Product Development & Project Execution

· Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to support new product development.

· Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and components.

· Maintain and update IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 documentation.

· Manage Engineering Change Notes (ECN) and Product Change Notes (PCN) records.

· Liaise with suppliers for design changes and technical clarifications.

Customer & Supplier Communication

· Act as the primary point of contact for customers on technical and commercial matters.

· Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain a high level of trust and satisfaction.

· Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Audits & Compliance

· Conduct internal audits (certified auditor preferred).

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer-specific requirements.
