Sales & Marketing Manager- F&B

Job Overview:

The Retail Sales & Catering Manager is responsible for driving retail sales and managing catering operations to achieve revenue targets and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, sales acumen, and operational expertise to oversee day-to-day catering execution and retail performance. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, a strong client focus, and the ability to lead a high-performing team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Retail Sales:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase in-store and online retail sales.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer data to drive product selection, pricing, and promotions.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of merchandise and current market trends.
  • Train and supervise retail staff, ensuring high customer service standards and product knowledge.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and merchandising teams.
  • Ensure all retail operations reflect Ladurée’s brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and luxury positioning

Catering Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of the catering operation, including event planning, menu coordination, staffing, and execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for catering clients, handling inquiries, proposals, and contracts.
  • Develop catering packages and pricing models that align with market demand and profitability goals.
  • Coordinate with culinary and operations teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of catering events.
  • Maintain and build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and community partners.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Drive new business through networking, cold calling, attending events, and managing digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials, seasonal campaigns, and online presence.
  • Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate record-keeping of client communications and sales activity.
  • Liase with the Laduree Paris Team to ensure alignment with global brand guidelines, seasonal launches, visual identity, and campaign rollouts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
