Job Summary- The Sales & Marketing Manager- Laduree Café Qatar

The Sales & Marketing Manager – Catering is responsible for driving revenue growth, brand positioning, and market expansion for Ladurée Qatar, with a strong focus on catering services. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, building client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery aligned with the brand’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new catering business opportunities across corporate, social, and VIP segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, hotels, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for catering services.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within Qatar’s catering and hospitality sector.

Catering Management

  • Oversee end-to-end catering operations, ensuring seamless execution of events.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and logistics teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Ensure all catering events reflect the premium brand image and service excellence of Ladurée.
  • Manage event timelines, staffing, and client expectations to ensure successful delivery.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote catering services.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and brand activations.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for catering clients.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Handle client feedback, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
  • Maintain a strong client database and ensure repeat business.

Financial & Reporting

  • Monitor sales performance, budgets, and profitability of catering operations.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure cost control and efficient resource utilization.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales and marketing within hospitality or catering industry.
  • Proven track record in catering sales and event management.
  • Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and client network.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
